I’m a super sweet, affectionate boy who absolutely LOVES people. Pets? Yes, please! Cuddles? Absolutely! Being carried around like the little king I am? Even better! I’m a bit of a ham when it comes to getting love, and I’m not shy about letting you know when I want some. I’m looking for a home where I can be someone’s special guy and get all the attention my big orange heart desires.

Rescue story:  I was born outdoors in a cat colony in west Edmonton. I was rescued by CCE. When I first arrived in foster care, the world was scary and humans were to be feared. Thanks to my wonderful fosters I have come a loving kitty and am ready for my furrever home!

About Me: Hi there! I’m Jet, a beautiful black panther with a personality that’s equal parts independent and cuddly. I’ve got a little bit of everything to offer my future family!

I like to keep my options open when it comes to nap time. Sometimes you’ll find me tucked away under the bed, enjoying some peaceful alone time. Other times, I’ll be curled up beside you on the couch. I’m not always looking for attention, but I do like to quietly follow you around the house and keep you company. Think of me as your little shadow who likes to do her own thing!

I can be a bit shy when meeting new people, so I might need some time to warm up. Don’t take it personally if I disappear to my hiding spot at first. I promise I don’t have a mean bone in my body! Once I feel safe and comfortable, my affectionate side comes out quickly. I especially love tummy pets and butt scratches, and I’ll happily roll around to show you just how much I’m enjoying myself. I’m also quite the purr machine, sometimes before I’ve even settled in for a proper cuddle!

When I’m not busy being adorable, I love to play! Wand toys, laser pointers, and little mice are some of my favourites. Just be careful with anything that has strings, ribbons, or tails, because I’m a determined little chewer. Those toys are best kept out of my reach when playtime is over. I also love to climb, so a cat tree where I can race up and down is a must for my new home.

And if you’re wondering how to win me over, I have a weakness for food! I’m very treat-motivated, and I’m not fussy about brands. I currently enjoy a little can of wet food for breakfast and dry food in the evening. Speaking of breakfast, you’ll definitely hear from me when it’s time to eat. I have plenty to say, especially when my morning meal is involved!

I’m still learning that being picked up isn’t so bad, and with patience and time, I may become more comfortable with it. I’d love a family who understands that trust is something we build together and who will let me settle in at my own pace.

About Me: Hi, I’m Luna! I may be a little girl, but I have a big personality and lots of love to give!

I’m the kind of cat who likes to be where the action is, so you’ll often find me following you around while you tackle your chores. Coming home? I’ll be there to greet you! Need someone to chat with? I’m happy to help with that, too. I’m quite the talker and will answer to my name with a sweet little trill. If dinner is late, though, I might have a few louder words for you!

I’m a playful girl who loves to jump, pounce, and show off my brave side. My second-favourite toy is a little bird toy, because apparently pretending to be a mighty hunter is very important work. But my absolute favourite thing in the world? A long, crumpled piece of brown packing paper from an Amazon box. I can dive-bomb it, hide in it, run over it, and even curl up for a nap inside. 

When I’m not busy playing, I enjoy watching real birds from a safe window or enclosed patio.  I appreciate a predictable routine. Breakfast at 9 a.m. and dinner at 5 p.m., please! I enjoy a variety of dry foods and have a particular fondness for creamy pâté-style wet food.

I’m a friendly little lady who enjoys meeting visitors and has done well with younger children. I have gentle paws and even seem to tolerate nail trims pretty well. I also have a softer, cuddlier side. If you sit down, there’s a good chance I’ll come settle on your lap, and I enjoy being held, too. I like being close to my humans, whether we’re playing, relaxing, or simply going about our day together.

As for other cats, I can be a little unsure when we first meet. Give me some time, patience, and a friendly feline who respects my space, and I can learn to coexist quite happily. I’m also perfectly content entertaining myself, watching the world outside, or supervising whatever it is you humans think you’re doing.

About Me: Hi there! My name is Karma, and my foster mama says I was given my name because kindness comes back around — so whoever gives me my best forever home is sure to have some good karma coming their way! 

I’m a playful, curious girl who loves my wand toys. I’ve even learned how to fetch — I’ll bring my toy right back to you for another round! Daily playtime is a must for me, so I’d love a home where play can become part of our regular routine. I’m also an excellent scratcher and use my scratching posts and cardboard scratchers like a pro, so I’d definitely like some of those in my forever home.

When I’m not busy playing, you can often find me stretched out in a sunny spot or supervising from your desk. I love showing off my belly, but don’t be fooled… it’s a trap! 😂 I will give some nice kisses when I am stretched out on the desk in my happy zone; from your hands to your face… I am sweet on my own watch.

Rescue Story: I was found outside, pregnant and with no owner in sight. A kind person took me to ACCC where I gave birth immediately upon arrival. I was stressed and CCE stepped in to take me and my babies to find us the best homes. 

About Me: Hey there! I’m the mama of the Chip family, with warm hues of orange and brown in my tabby fur. and striking hazel eyes. For a long time, my main job was being a dedicated mom, but now that my babies are all grown up, I am officially retiring from motherhood. I’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else, and now I am ready for a life where I finally get to be the baby.

Because I spent part of my life surviving outdoors, I’m still a gentle, sensitive soul who can be easily startled by loud noises or sudden, fast movements. If you approach me too quickly, my instinct is to run away. However, if you take a calm, gentle approach, you will find that I absolutely adore affection. Belly rubs are my absolute favorite thing in the world, and I will happily sprawl out right in front of you for endless belly pets. I have never shown an ounce of pet aggression, so you can keep the love coming. I also love scratches under the chin and a good brushing session to keep my coat looking gorgeous.

Since I’ve been busy raising my little ones, people usually only see my calm, nurturing side. But let me let you in on a little secret: when the babies are fast asleep, I love to pick up a toy, carry it over to my foster mama, and let out the tiniest little whimper to signal that I still like to play too. When a wand toy comes out, I am always ready to show off my fierce skills. The rest of my time is spent living very peacefully. I am quite content to spend my days lounging in warm sunbeams and looking out the window.

My foster mama is currently training me to be a lap cat, and I am very hopeful that I’ll get there one day with the right person. These days, I’m known as the ultimate leg‑rub machine. I’ll weave around your feet, follow you from room to room, and greet you at the door when you come home. Sometimes my enthusiasm means you’ll need to watch your step. I’m just so excited to be near you! I’m also very food‑motivated (even more than Finn), so treats are a fast track to my heart.

Like my brother, I’m playful, energetic, and smart. Once I warm up, I’m deeply loyal and incredibly sweet. And as my confidence has grown, my relationship with Finn has become more balanced. Now we’re equals, partners in crime, and best friends.

Our ideal home would have patient humans who will give us (especially Poe) time to warm up to them. We are also quite young, so our owners must be ready to play, play, play! About Me: Hello, my name is Toffee and I’m a handsome tabby who has been learning that being a house cat is actually pretty wonderful.

When I first arrived, I was a little unsure of this whole indoor-cat business. I’m still shy when meeting new people, and I like to take my time getting comfortable. But once I’ve decided you’re safe, I have a much more important side to show you: I am becoming quite the snugglebug.

These days, when the house is quiet and I’m feeling comfortable, I will come looking for you and DEMAND pets. I’ve discovered that laps are excellent places for naps, and couches and beds make pretty great cuddle spots too. Of course, I prefer to decide when cuddle time begins, because I have standards. I’m not a fan of being picked up, but I am very happy to curl up beside you when I’m in the mood.

I’m also discovering that I have quite a playful side. I love crinkly toys, zooming around the house, and generally keeping myself entertained. I’m a very polite roommate and I even have excellent manners with my feline friends. I’m currently having a wonderful time playing with my foster’s cat, Archie, and I think I would really enjoy having another friendly, respectful cat around in my forever home.

I’m still a gentleman who likes his independence, and I’ll need a family who understands that I may take a little time to warm up. I do things on my own schedule, but I promise there is a very charming, affectionate little guy waiting underneath that initial shyness.

I also have a few quirky habits. I stay off the counters, use my scratching posts like a proper gentleman, and I still believe the area rugs occasionally need to be rearranged. About Me: Hi, I’m Ozzy, and I am excited to meet you! 

When I first came into foster care, I was very scared but I slowly worked up the courage to explore. But through time and my trusted routine, I began to blossom into a loving and sweet guy. 

Now, I’m deeply affectionate and will come out to greet anyone who comes around. While I may be a little shy at first, once I have met you, I will jump up beside you on the couch and give head rubs. 

My favorite thing in the world is stretching out on you while you’re lying down. I will jump up on my own for snuggles and give sweet chin and shin head bumps. I have even started sleeping on the bed with my foster mama at nights… I know, I’m a big boy now!

Playtime before meals is part of my daily routine. I once feared the feather wand, but now I’ll leap and twist (a little clumsily!) to catch it. I also love ping pong balls, tunnels, catnip toys, and chasing games around my vertical scratching posts. I only scratch my trees — I’m a very polite gentleman.

I’m low-to-medium energy, litter box perfect, patient if meals run late, and not interested in human food. I can be picky — Fancy Feast pâté or grilled are my usual favorites, especially with a sprinkle of FortiFlora. I am also eating kibble, and you can leave a bowl out for me to snack on here and there. 

While I have made so much progress in foster care, my ideal home is likely one with adults who can offer a quiet environment and consistent routine. I may enjoy a calm feline friend with the right match, but would also do great on my own, so we think ideally I would be the king of the house!

About Me: Hello, my name is Rikki! I am a dangerously sweet girl with a nervous disposition. 

Once I was a shrinking violet, now merely a striking wallflower. I won’t hear any nay saying about it, we’re all works in progress; own your flaws darlings, ‘lest they own you. Long story short, I’m shy and probably always will be. But that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to have fun!

I am an active and playful girl. I love to chase and pounce and I absolutely adore a string! I don’t mind playing by myself, but I would definitely enjoy a chance to play together. People make play-time so much more exciting! Left to my own devices I will happily play with a ball or a spring, and I usually make sure to collect them afterwards in my favorite corner. 

I LOOOOOOVE being pet, and I have been known to hop up onto the bed for an evening cuddle session, but I can get a bit overwhelmed at times. Once I know you’re safe I promise I won’t run far. There’s a cuddlebug in me, I just know it, but I need your help in finding her. 

I am from a colony so I’ve got plenty of cat experience and would love to have a playful friend in the home as long as they aren’t too pushy. I’m nervous by nature, so I have trouble standing up for myself if someone thinks they can push me around. I’m also a slow eater so I might need my bowl protected if your current cat might try to score a second helping. I could probably figure out life with a dog, with your support I know I can make it through anything. Respectful kids and I would get along famously.
