Rescue Story: I was living under a mobile home in Loon Lake in the dead of winter. It was so cold that a nice citizen took me in so I didn’t freeze. After no owner was found & no rescues around, CCE was contacted to help me find my furrever home. I am now ready and hanging out at Pet Valu Rabbit Hill – come and visit me!
About Me: Hi there, I’m Loonie and I am the sweetest man out there. My foster says “super sweet” isn’t enough to describe me! I sit and purr just looking at her and I love being pet – especially my belly (promise!).
I do really enjoy attention, and I am vocal about what I want, which is usually to be fed or be pet and cuddled. I really like to get close and personal with you, and sometimes I will be so close I will sit right on your neck. If I could get any closer… I would! They say I am a “velcro cat”. But not to worry, sometimes I will just curl up on the couch next to you, too.
I am interested in a few toys but I am not super play motivated. My ideal home is one that will give me lots of attention, will love my vocal ways and will brush me weekly. I think I could fit in with most homes, and I did really well with a big dog in my previous home. I am pretty laid back, and though I was a bit shy when I first came into care, I quickly got over it.
I have a strict breakfast schedule (and dinner) and boy do I LOVE my wet food. I will meow and meow for it. My foster mama says I love eating and am food motivated so you may need to watch your plate around me.
