Rescue Story: I was found in a parkade in December with some frost bite and I was brought into ACCC where limited options were available to me due to my shy behaviour. CCE stepped in to take me on as a foster cat and I have blossomed in the last few months in care. I am now ready for my furrever home!

My ideal day includes scaling the tallest cat tree in the house, solving treat puzzles and games, and dramatically flopping onto my back to announce it’s officially playtime. My sweet little meow is soft, squeaky, and bird-like, which is exactly how I earned my name. Birdy!
I am needing a patient home that understands I like to do things on Birdy Time – let me approach for affection and play on my terms. I will also need a cozy “safe zone” (preferably a very tall cat tree – my favourite!), as this helps me feel secure while I settle into my new home. Once I get to know and trust you? Get ready for cuddles. I’ll be your affectionate little shadow, curling up on laps and keeping you company wherever you are.
I am equal parts hunter and professional napper; I LOVE wand toys and climbing – I will need outlets for my playful energy!
As for food – I am deeply passionate about dinner. Currently I’m enjoying Acana wet food and will need a feeding schedule to help me pace myself. Also I am not so big on water bowls, so adding water to my food is a big must.
I am ready to find my forever home and would love to continue blossoming into the confident beauty queen I am!
