Rescue Story: I was born outside in a target community CCE helps. My siblings and I were not doing too well, so CCE trapped us and got us all the vet care needed. I am now looking for my furrever home!
About Me: Hi everyone! I’m Sprite, a fluffy boy with a heart as soft as my fur. And according to my foster mama, my personality is a 10/10 — which I think sounds pretty accurate!
I’m a very sweet and affectionate little guy. The second you pet me, I start purring, and I absolutely LOVE being close to my people. Every evening, I snuggle up with my foster mama on the couch, and when it’s bedtime, I’m more than happy to curl up with her there too. I especially love having my face right next to yours — because why would you want any personal space when you could have a kitten nose beside your face?
I’m also very good at communicating my needs. I LOVE my meals and have some very insistent little meows when I want to let you know that it’s time for food… or that I have a suggestion about what should be on the menu. 😉 My foster mama thinks my demanding little voice is pretty adorable. I would definitely like a home where I get wet food every day, because I believe this is simply how life should be. I love my Performatrin kibble and Fancy Feast or Weruva wet food.
I’m wonderful with other cats and I’m respectful of their space when they need a little room. I also do great with dogs! And the little humans I’ve met are pretty fun too — they can tote me around and carry me like a baby, and I’m patient and sweet about the whole thing.
Because I’m a sensitive little guy, I think I’d be happiest in a home that isn’t too wild or chaotic. What I really want is a human who will cuddle me, spoil me, give me lots of attention, and make me feel safe and loved.
I’d also really love to have another friendly cat to keep me company. If you’re looking for two sweet kittens, my friend Kaya Oak is also looking for a home and we could make a pretty adorable pair.
