Rescue Story: I was hanging out in South Edmonton for months at a kind lady’s house under her deck. After searching for my home several times and checking for a microchip, I was brought inside when the weather turned. CCE helped get me vet care and now I am ready for adoption! Not a lot is known about my history, but I am a sweet cat with lots of love to give. I am a bit shy at first, but I have had a lot of change in the past few months from living on the streets to a foster home and now a pet store. With time, I will adjust and become the best boy around.. promise!
The girls at Pet Valu say I am a man after their own hearts! I am snuggly, purr a lot, and best of all… I love belly rubs! I am just really soaking in all this attention and you know what? It kind of suits me. I am still a young man though and have some kitten like bursts of energy, but most of the time I am pretty relaxed.
Though I haven’t met many other animals, when I was outside I was around a few other cats and mostly did okay with them. I did show up once or twice with some war wounds, so we feel I am more of a lover than a fighter. My ideal home would be that’s ready to pamper me, and may or may not have another cat friend for me. Kiddos are ok too, as long as they are gentle and kind to me.
I am currently eating kibble & wet food at Pet Valu and I love the food the ladies are giving me there so I’d love to stay on a diet that gives me wet food daily. It’s super beneficial for my kidneys and urinary systems.
