Rescue Story: My whole family was surrendered to CCE after my owner was evicted and we had no where to go. CCE took us all in, got us the vet care we needed and now I am ready for my furever home! I am waiting for you at Cheery Cat, come fall in love with me!
About Me: Hi there, I am Gelato and just like my name I am sweet as can be. I am a typical kitten in a lot of ways, but my energy is a bit lower than that of my siblings.
I am affectionate when the mood is right and I will curl right up on your lap, which we think means with time I’ll be a bonafide lap cat. I love to run around and play with the cats at Cheery, especially my siblings. I am a bit timid at first, but I warm up very quickly and Cheery Cat is helping me find my confidence.
My ideal home is a more calm environment with another cat to learn from and play with. If you don’t have another cat, no worries, I have 2 other siblings with me! I should adjust to a calm and gentle dog with slow introductions and as long as little humans are gentle with me I am good with them.
I am currently eating Tiki Cat kibble and Fancy Feast wet food and I love this combination. Can you please keep me on this diet long term?
