Date of Birth: February, 2023

Energy levels: Medium

Good with:

  • Cats: Yes, in fact, I need to live with another young cat who will cuddle me.
  • Dogs: No, I am likely a bit too shy for dogs.
  • Kids: No, I would prefer a home without kids.

Rescue Story: I am from a large colony of cats that lives outdoors in Southeast Edmonton. CCE has been working hard to spay and neuter some members of the colony and bring those of us that are suited to an indoor life into foster care. I entered foster care last August and have been doing just great. I love being an indoor cat and I can’t wait to find the purrfect furever home just for me.

About Me: Hi there! I’m Jax but my foster parents call me Pretty Princess. Not to toot my own horn, but I am quite the fluffy beauty queen. If you look closely, you might notice that I am also a little bit cross-eyed. I’m told this makes me that much cuter. What can I say? I can’t help it that I am so purrfect! Enough about how pretty I am…what about my purrsonality…

Some would say I am a little bit of a scaredy-cat. I just get a little nervous around loud noises and fast movements. Despite this, my foster parents think I have such a gentle personality. I’ve never once been mean to them, even when I think they are making a little too much noise. I have this big heart that I am just waiting for the right person to see…someone who won’t mind occasionally reminding me that not everyone is out to scare me.

Even though I am a little shy, once I warm up, I am such a sweet girl. You might notice me wandering around and making biscuits everywhere I go. I also purr my heart out every time I get some well deserved pets. I am not the biggest fan of playing with humans, but I love chasing my kitty foster brother around. I could chase him for hours. Speaking of chasing, I also love to chase spring toys and balls. Its one of my favourite hobbies.

My ideal home is one that is on the quieter side. Quick movements and loud sounds are not really for me so a home without kids is best. I also need to be adopted to a home with another young cat who will be my friend. Having another kitty pal makes me feel brave and I have so many cuddles to share…it’s important I have a feline friend to share them with.

If you’re looking for a fluffy girl who’ll bring a gentle presence and some heartfelt purrs into your life then please choose me. I only ask for a little patience while I am settling in, along with a quiet space to call my own and a furry bff to cuddle.

Vetting: I am spayed, dewormed, microchipped & fully vaccinated

Adoption Fee: $200
