Rescue Story: My siblings and I were found living outdoors in an Edmonton community. A kind person found us, and contacted CCE to get us into foster care before the cold weather came!
About Me: Hi, I’m Rain. At first glance, I might seem a little mysterious. I have long, soft black fur with a smoky grey ruff around my mane, and deep eyes that my foster mama says look straight into your soul. She calls me an old soul, and I think she might be right. I’m not the kind of kitten who rushes into every situation. Instead, I like to take my time, quietly getting to know the people around me. But once I decide you’re my person, I’m a loyal friend for life.
I’m not the fiercest hunter in my family, and that’s perfectly alright with me. While my siblings may throw themselves into wild wrestling matches and daring toy pursuits, I prefer a gentler approach to life. I enjoy batting a ball across the floor, chasing a favorite toy, climbing the cat tree, and finding a cozy spot to watch the world drift by through the window. One of my favorite things is snuggling up with my siblings for a nap, and I’ll never say no to a good belly rub.
After all that excitement, I enjoy Nutrience wet food twice a day, with crunchy dry food available for snacking in between.
I’m looking for a calm, quiet home where I can blossom at my own pace. While I may be a little shy at first, there is a deeply loving heart behind my cautious nature.
