Thunder Oak

Date of Birth: July 28, 2026

Sex: Male

Energy levels: High – I am a kitten!

Good with:

  • Cats: Yes, I need to be in a house with another playful cat
  • Dogs: Unknown, would likely adjust with proper introduction
  • Kids: Unknown, but I am easily frightened by noise and movement

Rescue Story: My siblings and I were found living outdoors in an Edmonton community. A kind person found us, and contacted CCE to get us into foster care before the cold weather came!

About Me: My name is Thunder, and though I might sound like a big storm, I am really just a sweet little boy looking for a loving place to call my forever home. I have soft, sleek black fur from head to toe, except for a secret little white spot hiding right on my belly. Everyone says I have a very round look about me—I have a round face, chubby round paws, and a cozy round tummy that shows just how much I enjoy my daily meals. My eyes are a unique shade of blue-grey, perfect for watching the world go by and looking for a friendly face.

I can be a little shy when we first meet, but it does not take long for me to warm up and ask for gentle chin scratches and pets. Once I feel safe, my fun and energetic personality really shines through. I love spending my days chasing toy mice, wrestling and playing with my brothers and sisters, and climbing up high to see what everyone is doing. When I am ready to recharge my batteries, nothing beats curling up in a warm beam of sunshine or sitting by a window to watch the birds and leaves flutter outside.

I eat wet food twice a day to stay strong and healthy, and I like to crunch on dry food whenever I need a little snack in between playtime. I would love to be adopted into a calm, cozy home where I can feel secure. I would thrive with another playful kitten to keep me company, and my absolute biggest dream would be to get adopted together with one of my siblings so we can grow up and play together forever.

Vetting: I am neutered, microchipped, dewormed & fully vaccinated

Adoption Fee: $250 or $400 for a sibling and I
