Rescue Story: I was once owned and was living in Maskwacis, however, I was surrendered by my previous owners to a community member. CCE was contacted to help and take me into care. I am thriving at Pet Valu and just waiting for my forever home!

I am a big boy, but I am quite gentle. I am still getting used to being picked up, and mostly prefer to be on the ground. I will come up and ask for some love and cuddle up next to you, so I find ways to show affection.
I am still young, so have a playful side as well. I love tall cat trees and am great at showing everyone how they should be used. So far, I have not been a fan of the dogs I’ve met in the store.. they scare me! I may adjust with a gentle dog in a less busy environment, but a home without dogs would be great too. I would do well in most homes and I’d likely adjust with kids or other cats as long as I have a slow and proper introduction.
I am currently eating a grain-free kibble & wet food daily. I love my wet food and it’s soo good for me. Can you keep me on this diet long term?
