Rescue Story: We were born outside to a feral mama in a neighborhood in South Edmonton. A kind community member was helping to look after us but contacted CCE for some assistance. CCE was able to bring us babies into foster care so that we could have happy, indoor lives. We are now looking for our furever homes.
About Us: Ariel and Ursula are a pair of shy but gorgeous girls! They couldn’t really look any different from one another. Ursula (black) is a small house panther with big, green eyes. Ariel (cream) is light colored with beautiful blue eyes. Even though they look nothing alike, they are indeed sisters and love each other very much.
Ariel loves her wand toys and spring toys too. She also loves squeezy tubes, which are an easy way to earn her affection. Ariel is cuddly on her own terms, and it will take her a few minutes to find the purrfectly comfy spot to lay by you, but she is definitely ready to take her spot while you watch a movie. Though she is cuddly, Ariel is not super clingy.
Ursula also can’t resist a wand toy but is a bit shyer than Ariel and while she does accept pets when she is taking a snooze or in her safe spaces around the home, she is also okay just being close by and seeing what’s going on. She is a true cat’s cat and just loves all the cats in her foster home. Ursula has some sweet little meow for her squeezy tube treats and is even a parkour expert when she wants to be – especially if there is a tube treat involved, yum!
These two brave girls have come a long way in foster care and are looking for a furever home that will help them settle all the way into indoor cat life. They are a good fit for a quieter home with someone who has time to spend playing with them and earning their trust. Ursula loves her tall cat trees and requests at least one large one in the home so she can nap way up in the sky!
They are currently eating a grain-free dry and wet food diet (we love fancy feast!) and would need to continue this in their new home.
